To support you and your new furry friend, New York Veterinary Hospital is offering clients (and new clients) a free complimentary exam for any pet that has been adopted from the Animal Care and Control of New York, the Babylon Shelter, and the Islip Shelter. Clients can also receive this if a new pet has been purchased from the Pet Company. Feel free to ask any questions that you may have about the health and well-being of your new pet. We are here to help both you and your pet have a smooth transition into his or her forever home. All you need to do is call us to make an appointment, and bring your proof of adoption with you when you bring your new pet in. Sorry, this cannot be combined with any other offers. The fee for this is $29.99 and includes... - Micro-chipping - Registration fee with HomeAgain for 1 year - FREE 24 hr. access to the Poison Control Hotline for 1 year in case of an emergency - this normally costs a client $55.00 per call! - A picture Photo ID of their pet - FREE Access to Home Again Hotline if their pet should get lost. This means that immediately the Home Again staff will contact every Animal Hospital, Shelter, and Humane Society within a 25 mile radius of this hospital to notify them of this loss and alert to scan for this pet. - A REDUCED registration for the following year for the same benefits ($14.99). - If a client had already Micro-chipped their pet but did not register them with Home again, the registration fee is $14.99 (there is a one time set up charge of $10.00).
